How Did Granite State Subarus Come About?
The inception of Granite State Subarus began in the fall of 2012. At that time it was nothing more than an idea, to have a community of car enthusiasts who would promote well planned, safe events, that everyone could enjoy. Co-founders Seren Maxwell & Jesse Cuff created what was then called S.NH Subaru Meets, hosting our first cruise in September 2012. Whips For Wishes (our annual charity cruise benefitting the Nashua Children’s Home) in December 2012 was a launching point for the community. As the community expanded rapidly we eventually developed into Granite State Subarus, named for the location of our events, and home to members residing all over New England. The idea behind the group began to take form, becoming a community based around a club like mentality of mutual respect, friendship, and a family oriented vibe. Our goals moving forward are to continue to maintain the quality of our events, and the interaction within the community both online, and in the real world.
